“While waiting to have surgery for an injury that I had I decided to visit Friendship Baptist Church where the Pastor was Rev. Jamey O. Graham. Not knowing that’s where the Lord was placing me to grow in faith, I joined the church; through his ministry I have been blessed. I learned how to trust God, how to take everything to God in prayer, and how to love everybody. I also learned how to wait on God when you pray. Through God and Rev. Graham’s Ministry I can truly say “I am a better person and a child of the most high God.
While under the ministry of Pastor Graham we started having prayer service every morning. I would attend regularly Monday through Saturday. After I had surgery on my neck and back I would continue to have pain in my leg every night. One morning during our weekly prayer, Rev. Graham began to petition God for each one of us who was in the prayer meeting. At that moment, the Lord told me to tell Rev. Graham and the others about my affliction. Let me tell you what God did that morning, Rev. and Sister Graham anointed my leg with oil and prayed for me. God took those pains from my leg and I began to testify what God had done for me through Rev. Graham. I went from not being able to sleep at night to being able to rest peacefully.
Two weeks later I was screened with breast cancer. Believing in God and my faith in Him for healing, through the preached words by Rev. Graham, his teaching and the anointing God has placed in him, I am here today completely healed as a witness for my Lord and Savior. I am so thankful that God placed Rev. Graham in my life because he has truly been a blessing to me.”

“I have served over 22 years on active duty in the U.S. Army. During our time in service, my family and I have lived in eight different states and countries. As a Christian family, each time we relocated, we made finding a church home one of our top priorities. No matter where our journey took us, we held a firm belief that we needed to unite with a local church where teaching the word of God was the focal point. We also felt it was important that we surround ourselves with like-minded Christians.
Over the years, we came to realize that each of the churches God led us to increasingly developed our faith, relationship and trust in Him. We found it comforting to know that where ever we go God is there!
During the latter part of 2010, we were searching for a new church home. God led us to the Saint John Baptist Church (SJBC) pastored by the Reverend Dr. Jamey O. Graham, Sr. We attended several Sunday morning worship services and Wednesday night bible studies where we found Pastor Graham’s manner of preaching and teaching to be exemplary! He is particularly skilled at clearly demonstrating how the Old and the New Testaments are directly related; and that Jesus came to not destroy but to fulfill the law (Matthews 5:17). Moreover, God continues to use Pastor Graham to help us realize that we are the righteous of God (2 Corinthians 5:21) and we can be confident that when we ask anything in accordance to His will, He hears us; and we will receive what we ask for (1 John 5: 14-15).
Once my wife and I adamantly began activating our faith by believing in our hearts, boldly speaking and praying to God, we started seeing results from our prayers for healing, wisdom, debt cancellation, promotions and prosperity! As a result of continuously hearing the word of God, mainly from Pastor Graham, we know without doubt that we have the authority to speak things into existence in accordance to God’s word.
Subsequently, we have been members of the Saint John Baptist Church since January of 2011 and we thank God for His guidance which led us to be under the spiritual leadership of the Reverend Dr. Jamey O. Graham, Sr.“
